1. ELIGIBILITY

1.1 The competition is open to UK, USA and Australian residents aged 18 or over

1.2 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. Runderwear may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.

1.3 Employees of Runderwear, their families, and Runderwear stockists, are not eligible to enter the competition

1.4 Any breach of these T&C’s may result in a prize being forfeited, at Runderwear’s sole discretion.

1.5 Only entries that have been completed in full with the entry mechanic will be entered into the competition. Runderwear does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or damaged entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction.

2.1 The promoter is Runderwear, Suite 3 The Yard, Loch Road, Poole, Dorset

2.2 The title of the competition is ’Runderwear x Strava 20k in 22 Days Challenge’



ENTERING THE COMPETITION

3.1 The competition will be open to enter from 00:01 on 8th January 2022 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 on 13th February 2022 (the “Closing Date”).

3.2 No purchase necessary to enter or to win the Competition and any purchase made will not increase the chance of winning.

3.3 Enter the competition on the Runderwear website by submitting your email address and name and opting in to receive Runderwear marketing emails

3.4 Any competition entries after the Closing Date are not eligible to win the competition.

3.5 By submitting your entry, you agree (a) that Runderwear may make your entry available in any media and in connection with any publicity of the competition and you grant Runderwear a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry for such purposes, and (b) to be bound by these terms and conditions.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT AND PRIZE

4.1 The winner will be selected within 7 working days of the competition period ending – The Closing Date. Runderwear will contact the winner via email as soon as is practicable after the winner is selected.

4.2 There will be 8 prize winners in this competition. Winners will be selected at random from the total list of entries, on or after the Closing Date.

4.3 The first place prize in the UK is a NoblePro treadmill and a £200 Runderwear voucher. In the US and Australia the first place prize is a Garmin watch and one *£200 Runderwear voucher (*$275 USD / $400 AUD)

4.4 There are 5 runner-up prizes of one *£100 Runderwear voucher (*$275 USD / $400 AUD)

4.5 There is no cash alternative for the prize, and provision of the prize is not negotiable or transferable.

4.5 The winner may be asked to provide an image of them wearing their purchase of Runderwear, which may be used in promotional activities



DATA PROTECTION

5.1 By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held and used by Runderwear, for the purpose of keeping you updated about news, offers and advice. Runderwear will never share your personal data with any third parties. All personal data is stored using secure, password protected software.

6.1 Runderwear reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

6.2 Runderwear’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
