The material is so soft and gently stretchy this bra is incredibly comfortable and lovely to wear. For low impact work outs and classes like wearing ‘boob-slippers’- gorgeous.

Balance bra

I love my new balance bra even though I'm a runner, karatika. I have v5 and power up for those sports. I've invested in this bra for when I'm not training but teaching karate and walking. It's surprisingly supportive, to be honest. If I do yoga stretches I'll pop it on for that too . Definitely recommend for the light sport's. I'm a 34c cup and I've invested in the small on the balance bra.
