Love the mitts, sleeves too long

I have now bought a medium and a large of this base layer. The material is soft, it seems to wick well, it keeps me warm, but I don't overheat. And I love the mitts! However, there is one issue (and it may be my body shape!). The medium is a bit snug, but the sleeves are perfect, the large fits well, but the sleeves are too long. I think you need to have two sleeve lengths for the base layer - one for the tall, slim athletic type we aspire to be (with long arms), the other for the middle-aged, shorter, slightly overweight man I appear to be (with shorter arms), but who still needs a large for comfort.

Thank you for your feedback this is greatly appreciated and will be passed onto the team. The base layer is favourite for many and I am sure you can understand why, We hope you have many happy miles wearing your Runderwear Base Layer.

Thank you for your purchases with Runderwear.

Room for improvement

I have used this for a few cold runs and broadly been impressed, but there is scope for improvement.
Positives:
+ the built-in mitts are a great idea; probably more effective than gloves for keeping my hands warm at the start of a run and no worries about where to stash them when they are removed.
+ I have not got overly warm in it once into a run, which is helpful given there is no quarter-zip to regulate temperature. However, I also never felt warm, no matter how far into a run; I could still feel the chill on chest for example.
Areas for improvement:
- the body of the top could do with being at least another inch or two longer; I found that it was barely over my waist of my shorts/leggings, and I tend to end up pulling it down quite a bit.
- it needs some reflectivity, particularly as this is more likely to be used in autumn and winter, and so more likely to be running in low light.

Thank you for your feedback, I will be passing this onto the team. This is a favourite for many and I am sure you can understand why but all feedback is appreciated and taken on board. We hope you have many happy miles in your Base Layer!

Good product

Excellent product. Good fit and wicking. The ability to roll down the sleeves to act like mittens is a good way of keeping your hands warm at the beginning of a race or run . As you warm up the sleeves can be rolled back - much easier than trying to work out what to do with your gloves 5 miles into a race.

Thank you for your feedback, Great to her that you are loving your Base Layer and love the added mittens for the colder months. We hope you have many happy miles in your Runderwear Base Layer.

Thank you for your purchases with Runderwear.

Warm, very comfortable not compressive base layer.

This has to be my favourite running base layer I've ever worn. I wanted a base layer that was comfy to wear, and could wear by itself once I'd got warmed up, and this top fits the b ill. I have what you might call a comfortable build, and the sight of me running around in a compression top alone wouldn't be pleasant. This top has a slightly looser fit, it's sort of fitted, and hangs close, but doesn't squish you up like a sausage.
I've worn it a few times now, in temps down to around 5 degrees, and needed to take my top layer off after a few mins and jut run in this base layer, which has been fine. So when they say it's made for cold weather running, they mean it. I've no doubt once we get into the depths of winter it will be the bottom layer, with a mid layer on top and maybe a rainproof packable shell will do the trick.

Running with this top on alone feels fine, good at shrugging off heat and so comfortable you don't really notice it's on. the ends of the sleeves fold over and make little mitts to keep the chill off your hands should you need it.

Thank you for your lovely feedback, Great to hear that this is your favourite Base Layer that you have tried and you found this perfect for the weather conditions at this moment in time. Th cold mittens are a favourite feature for me too.

Thank you for your purchase with Runderwear.
